Privacy policy

  • According to Article 13 of Law Decree dated June 30, 2003, number 196 – Codex, in the matter of personal data protection.

    Granulati Italia SpA recognizes and respects the importance of protecting individuals’ privacy. Data-privacy laws protect the integrity of personally identifying information (“personal information”).

    Information collection

    Granulati Italia SpA only will collect personally identifiable information (such as name, title, company name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) that is voluntarily provided through our website or e-mail correspondence. This type of information allows the identification the user or the interested party.
    This data is used only for the objectives indicated below, and only for the length of time that is necessary to execute the services requested by the user. The user will have the prerogative to request removal of such data at any time for legitimate reasons (see art. 7 of Law Decree 196/2003)).

    Objectives of data handling and its modalities

    This Policy applies to all personal Information that Granulati Italia SpA collects or receives, whether manually or digitally processed.
    Personal data are collected for the purposes and with the modalities indicated below:
    - Allowing fulfilment of contractual obligations and, in general, meeting administrative, accounting or technical requirements.
    - Answering specific requests for information by the client.
    - Supplying the client with regular updates on new products or services offered by Granulati Italia SpA, or on specific commercial offers or on newsletters

    Transfer of Personal Information

    User’s personal data may be shared with individuals involved in the business organization (administrative, commercial and marketing personnel, legal department, and system administrators), or external third parties (technical service suppliers, postal carriers, hosting providers, information technology companies, communication agencies, banks, government departments).
    These third parties will be given only the information that is strictly necessary for the execution of their operations.
    They are required to handle the data as if they were the owners, or, in some cases, as Responsible Managers appointed by the Owner, with the same objectives as those indicated in this Privacy Policy.
    Supplying personal data for marketing purposes remains an optional and voluntary action, and requires explicit consent by the user. For the other purposes, consent is essential in order to fulfil contractual obligations.
