Gelatitalia believes that what really matters is not the process of making and selling, but the promotion of the culture which lies behind the product, especially abroad, where it can get extra chances to grow its business.

Our aim

Our aim is to create special Gelato Artisan courses and to endorse them in the frame of the CIOFS-FP Professional Training Centers belonging to Don Bosco Network, in Italy as well as abroad. We wish to make Italian Artisan Gelato – an unparalleled delicacy of our national culinary arts – a new trigger for progress and employment in many a country. At the same time, we wish to give our contribution to spreading the knowledge about Italian diet, which is renowned as one of the healthiest and tastiest in the whole world.
